We offer customized video creations by transforming your images into memory-rich, professionally edited videos. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to use those materials, and grant us permission to use them solely for your order.

One Package Per Order

To ensure accurate processing and personalized service, only one package can be purchased per checkout. Whether you’re selecting the 1-image, 3-image, or 5-image bundle, please place a new order for each separate package.

This helps us avoid file confusion and maintain high-quality production standards.

Delivery Timeline

We aim to deliver all orders within 1–3 business days after receiving payment and correct image uploads. Delays may occur if files are missing, low quality, or violate our guidelines.

Revisions & Satisfaction

Each package includes one revision. You may request additional edits for an extra fee. We are committed to delivering a final video that meets your expectations.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. However, if we’re unable to deliver due to a technical error on our end, a partial or full refund may be issued.

Content Guidelines

You may not upload explicit, offensive, or copyrighted content. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that violates these rules.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our service or website. All services are used at your own discretion and risk.

One Package = One Upload

To maintain file clarity and privacy, we only accept uploads for one package per transaction. If you wish to order multiple packages, please complete each checkout separately.

File Security & Retention

All uploaded content is stored securely and is used only for the order it was submitted with. Files are deleted from our system after a reasonable retention period, unless you request earlier removal.

Third-Party Services

Payments and certain backend functions are handled by trusted third parties (e.g. WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment data. These providers follow their own privacy standards.
